EDITORIAL POLICIES

This policy describes guidelines in the publication process of JIPVA.

 

FOCUS AND SCOPE

JIPVA is journal that focus to publish articles from literature review and research reports in science education. We invite researchers, lecturers and science teachers who have willingness to submit their original articles from any kinds of science education diciplinary i.e : Integrated science education; Physics education; Biology education and Chemistry education. Manuscript from literature review, action research, research and development (RnD), experimental research, and qualitative research will process within 1-3 months.

Checked Open Submissions Checked Indexed Checked Peer Reviewed

 

PEER REVIEW PROCESS

  • Validity and quality of articles will assess by peer reviewer
  • Each of reviewer is an expert in the science education field
  • The submitted articles will be peer reviewed at least by 2 reviewers with double blind review process
  • Authors can access all of the peer reviewer process in their account
  • Journal manager will determine and send the submitted articles to the reviewers according to their competencies
  • Authors may revise their articles and following the reviewers comments
  • Editorial team decide to accept and publish the articles according to the reviewers consideration.

 

PUBLICATION FREQUENCY

JIPVA was published online by Science Education Study Programme of IKIP Veteran Semarang. It is publishes in April and October. The journal publishes at least 8articles each volume.

 

OPEN ACCESS POLICY

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.This journal is open access journal. All content is freely available without charge for users. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, search, link to this journal.
